Neither.They are equal. The reason why is because 5.4 is equal even if you add any zero. Like 5.4000000000. Or 6.3000000 is also 6.3.

5.4 and 5.400 are actually the same thing! you can have any decimal like 3.56 and as many zeros as you want!
so 5.4 and 5.400 are the same thing also 5.40000000000000000 would be the same as 5.4 hope that helps!
