I don't need to know anything about all that rounding stuff.
You said that there are 3 digits, they are all the same, and their sum is 15.
So each of them must be ( 15 / 3 ) = 5 .
The number is 555 .

The 3-digit number where all digits are the same and sum to 15 is 555. Rounding this number to the nearest ten gives 560 and to the nearest hundred gives 600, both of which confirm an upward round. Therefore, the solution to the problem is 555.
