Does the second law of thermodynamics alter the conservation of energy principle?

I believe the answer to be no. Because it is fully parallel with the law of Conversation of Energy. But even so,according to the second law, some, or a even a small amount will be transformed(internal or thermal)

The second law of thermodynamics does not change the conservation of energy principle; it indicates that while energy is conserved, some of it becomes unusable due to entropy. Thus, usable energy diminishes in any energy transformation. This principle helps to understand why efficient energy use is critical in systems such as engines or power plants.
