How many times does 0.6 go into 2.4? It may be easier for you to multiply both of them by 10 so it would be 24 divided by 6. Then, consider how many times 6 goes into 24. Hope this helps.

I would get rid of the decimals first by multiplying by ten. Then do division and add in the decimal by dividing the answer by ten. Ps the answer is.4. 2.4 when multiplied by 10 is 24 and.6 multiplied by ten is 6 and 6 groups of 4 equal 24. Hope this helped!

To solve 2.4 ÷ 0.6 , you can first multiply both numbers by 10 to eliminate the decimals, changing it to 24 ÷ 6 . Then, perform the division to find that the answer is 4 . This method clarifies the calculation by simplifying the numbers involved.
