= 1 + 5/10 + 4/100 + 2 + 3/10 + 7/100
= 3 + 8/10 + 11/100
= 3 + 8/10 + (10/100 + 1/100)
= 3 + 8/10 + (1/10 + 1/100)
= 3 + 8/10 + 1/10 + 1/100
= 3 + 9/10 + 1/100
