Cooking fruits and vegetables takes out the nutrients, or enzymes, so they can not be reused.

Cooking fruits and vegetables denatures enzymes, preventing their reuse in the body. The high temperatures alter the structure of enzymes, making them ineffective. Additionally, cooking can cause nutrient loss, emphasizing the benefits of consuming raw produce.
