2. A pitcher contains 2 3/4 pints of orange juice. After you pour 5/8 of a pint into a glass, how much is left in the pitcher?

One-tenth of the M&M's are red and one-fifth are blue, totaling 10 3 ​ . After pouring 8 5 ​ of a pint from a pitcher containing 2 3/4 pints, 2 8 1 ​ pints of orange juice are left.
