Producers consist of algae and plants that can make there own food through photosynthesis. Fish would be primary or secondary consumers, which eat the producers

In ecosystems, producers are primarily autotrophs that generate their own food, mainly through photosynthesis or chemosynthesis. They play a crucial role in the food chain, converting inorganic substances into organic matter. Without producers, the entire ecosystem would struggle to survive, as they are the foundation of energy flow.
