The Hundred Days refers to a pivotal period in 1933 when President Franklin D. Roosevelt enacted a series of significant legislative reforms in response to the Great Depression. Lasting from March 9 to June 16, this initiative resulted in the passage of 15 major laws aimed at economic recovery and relief for struggling Americans. This period is seen as a critical moment in establishing the New Deal policies that reshaped the U.S. economy and government intervention in it.
