3x3/2=4.5cm
50/4.5cm = 11.111...... =11 can be made

We can make one pair of earrings (2 triangular earrings) from a 50 cm long piece of wire. The dimensions of each isosceles triangle determine the total length needed for each earring. Given that the piece of wire is exactly 50 cm, it suffices for only 2 earrings.
