It's a ratio of 23:7 or 329% longer or 3.285714286 times longer or 160 inches longer

After cutting 90 inches from the yellow yarn, it measured 140 inches, which was twice the blue yarn's length of 70 inches. Originally, the yellow yarn was 160 inches longer than the blue yarn. Therefore, the initial difference in length was 160 inches.
