Whenever a first body exerts a force F on a second body, the second body exerts a force of -F on the first body. F and -F are equal in magnitude but opposite in direction.
A squid moves by using Newton's Third Law of Motion, where it squirts water out behind it and, in response, the water pushes the squid forward. This action and reaction allow the squid to navigate effectively in water. The faster the squid expels water, the more force it receives in return, propelling it forward swiftly.
