so since 60=75% here's a hack. it's not real math just find a factor of 100 like 2,4,5,10,20,25, or 50 75=3*25
so 60=3 20 3 20=3*25 divide both sides by 3 20=25% we know that 25% is 1/4 of 100 so multiply both sides by 4 80=100%
