How does the tilt of Earth's axis affect how the sun's rays strike Earth?

If the rays are tilted that means that one part of the earth will get more sun rays, therefore it is summer there, and vice versa

Since the Earth has tilted angle of 23.5 degrees, the way the sunlight hits the Earth is affected.
When the north end of the Earth is tilted toward the sun, it receives more sun rays than the south end. On the other hand, when the south end of the Earth is tilted toward the sun, it receives more sun rays than the north end.
If the Earth is neither tilted toward the sun nor away from it, then the rays of the sun are distributed equally in both hemispheres.
