Three things that should happen for a chemical reaction to occure :
Position of electrons must change
Chemical bonds must be formed and broken between atoms and
No changes should happen to the nuclei
For a chemical reaction to occur, the reactant particles must collide, have the proper orientation during the collision, and possess adequate energy to overcome the activation energy barrier. Meeting all three conditions is crucial for reactants to effectively form products. Each of these factors plays a vital role in determining the rate and occurrence of chemical reactions.
