Dear Diary,
Today was such an exciting day! Can you believe it? We had a surprise visit from a famous author - Mr. Smith - in our English class. He taught us about using the 'power of punctuation' to make our writing more engaging. For example, he showed us how a simple sentence like "I love reading" can change drastically with punctuation: "I love reading!", "Do I love reading?", and "I love reading..." It's amazing what a few marks can do, isn't it? I'm feeling inspired to write more stories.
