When droplets of water in the atmosphere act like prisms, what happens to the colors in sunlight?

White light is all the colours of light combined. When the droplets act like prisms, they split the white light into all its colours and also slightly bend the different colours. This is how a rainbow is formed.

When sunlight passes through water droplets in the atmosphere, it refracts and reflects, splitting white light into a spectrum of colors, forming a rainbow. Blue and violet light bend more than red light, causing the distinct arrangement of colors in the rainbow. This phenomenon occurs due to the combination of refraction, reflection, and dispersion of light within the droplets.
