A pan over the radiator evaporates much faster because it is warmer then a table

Water evaporates faster over a radiator because the heat increases the water's temperature, which in turn raises the kinetic energy of its molecules. This allows more molecules to escape into the air as vapor. Additionally, lower humidity and possible air circulation contribute to this faster rate of evaporation.
