Deadly natural disasters frequently occur in China and Southeast Asia due to their location on the Pacific Ring of Fire, which is characterized by high tectonic activity. The combination of earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, and typhoons, along with high population density, contributes to widespread devastation in these regions. Factors such as geography and rapid urbanization further exacerbate the impact of these natural disasters.
