When mitoses starts to do its process, the chromosomes condense and become visible. This process is very important because it maintains the chromosomal set of our body. It replaces those sloughed off cells into a renewed one. It can also help us to heal our body scratches.

Mitosis is the process by which almost every cell in the human body is replaced every few years, enabling growth, healing, and tissue maintenance. It involves several stages, including prophase, metaphase, anaphase, and telophase, followed by cytokinesis, which divides the cytoplasm. This process is essential for replacing worn-out cells and repairing damaged tissues in the body.
