During the winter I had a massive problem with my head. I don't mean to scare you, but you might need to get an MRI because we thought that my headaches were cancer. It was not but we tried everything from ice packs to pills to sleeping.
go to the doctor. they can get you on a low dose of meds to make the headaches go away:)

Sometimes I get huge headaches where I feel like a drill is going through my head. They're short lasting but can be very painful. I think that they're just caused by stress and anxiety.

Tension headaches are commonly caused by muscle tension, stress, sleep issues, dietary factors, eye strain, and physical exertion. Managing these factors through relaxation, hydration, and good posture can help alleviate symptoms. Consulting a healthcare provider is recommended for frequent headaches.
