Frustration
The condition of being prevented from reaching a goal by events that are beyond your control is known as frustration. As a psychological construct frustration is an affective reaction set out by an individual, this is due to the interference of one’s supposed to accomplish a task, objective or aim. For example, you were scheduled and, wanted and supposed to travel tomorrow to some country but it couldn’t happen because of a storm or an accident which caused you to be disappointed because you were very excited and expecting.
Frustration is a psychological condition resulting from obstacles that prevent the achievement of personal goals. It can be triggered by various factors and can lead to negative emotions. Coping strategies, such as maintaining flexibility and realistic goal-setting, can help manage frustration.
